How It Works

Book Your Ticket

Book hotel day pass, cabana, daybed or a spa pass. You will get a confirmation and your ticket emailed to you.
 

Check-in

Check-in at the hotel by displaying your ID and ticket. You will receive a hotel key for access to the amenities; ticket will not allow room access.

Enjoy Day Daycation

Enjoy your time at the pool, spa, gym or business lounge and any other amenities your hotel access has to offer. Check out as late as the bar closes!

Cancel your booking 48 hours before your check-in date. No questions asked.

Day Pass Overview
 

* Each day pass ticket you purchase is valid for 1 adult.

Cabana/Daybed Overview


* Cabanas allow 2-6 adults per ticket, see specific listing for size of party per ticket
* Daybeds allow 2-4 adults per ticket, see specific listing for size of party per ticket
* They already have day access included for each person in the party. No need to buy separate day passes.
* You can purchase day passes separately in addition to cabana or daybed purchase. However, check if they are available for the day you are interested in. 

VIP Chair Overview
* VIP chair ticket you purchase is valid for 1 adult and means a dedicated chair in a specific area of the pool. 
* VIP chairs cannot be traded or moved to another location. They are usually positioned in the best location of the pool. 

Spa Pass Overview
* Spa pass you purchase is valid for 1 adult and usually includes specific hotel spa treatment, see details on the specific package. 

General Use
 

* Children under 6 are free in hotels that allow children. Only few hotels have no children policy but please be sure to check.

* Ticket includes access to hotel grounds and amenities, certain exclusions apply.

* Day Access does NOT include room access.

* Check-in/Check-out: see each ticket description and operating hours.

* Up to 20% discount available for food & beverage, spa and retail at select hotels & resorts. See back of your ticket for details.

* No fees, no commitment, no membership. Buy a ticket and enjoy your time!

* Cancel within 48 hours of check-in for a full refund. No questions asked.

* Day Access tickets are offered based on hotel availability, black-out dates apply.
